Most start with an option to seek resolution using outside neutral facilitators or mediators (alternative dispute resolution).
Non-Bargaining Unit Procedures

Supervisors, managers, and employees who are:
- NOT covered by a collective bargaining agreement, OR
- NOT members of the bargaining unit

Administrative Grievances
Admin Grievances Decided By
Administrative grievances are decided by USAF officials, usually:
- Installation commander
- Designee
…although outside fact finders may be used.
